The leader of the far-right Great British National Protest has reported two prominent fellow anti-migrant campaigners to the police for planning what he calls “acts of domestic terrorism”.

Richard Donaldson, who set up and runs GBNP, posted yesterday that he had reported the campaigner know as ‘Clare Uniting Britain’ and her partner to the police after they had described to him plans which “would at the very, very least maim a lot of people and it will kill people…100% it’s domestic terrorism”.
He alleges that Clare – real name Clare Walsh – and her boyfriend James Hodges -who goes by the nickname ‘Viking’ – took him to a pub, insisted that phones be left in the car, and then told him of their plans. This is what he says happened:
“Whilst we were out flagging, putting the flags up on the motorway bridges a couple of days ago, me, Claire and Viking, we were out doing it, Claire and Viking said to me, we need to go somewhere quiet.
“‘We need to discuss something. It needs to be completely off-grid. We’re going to go to the pub’.
“Now, the pub that they took me to was an hour away from my house.
“They said ‘leave your phone in the car there’s gonna be no phones’
So, yeah, we went inside the pub, no phones, sat down and I said ‘Look what’s what’s wrong? What’s going on?’
“What they planned, what they have planned, and the idea that they put to me, would at the very, very least maim a lot of people, and it will kill people, so obviously I said, ‘No, I’m not gonna be getting involved…’

“They have planned – and they are halfway through orchestrating – using groups of men who have said that they’re happy to do this to go and commit an act that is 100% it’s domestic terrorism and it’s something that I want no part of and this movement will never be any part of.
“The police are aware. I have reported it.”

Walsh and Hodges, based in Manchester, have been at the forefront of anti-migrant activities in the north west for some time and have been working closely with Donaldson.
They have mobilised protests in Manchester city centre and at hotels where migrants are living. Lately they have been out hanging dozens of St George’s flags and anti-migrant banners around the north west.
Angry diatribe
Last month Walsh posted an angry diatribe against Tommy Robinson accusing his team of bullying and harassing her.
She has been told to stay away from Robinson’s 13 September rally in London but has declared her intention to attend anyway.
Hodges is a professional bodyguard and military contractor teaching close quarter protection.
Identities secret
Despite posting photos of themselves involved in far right activities, both of them have tried to keep their identities secret and were furious when their names were published by Searchlight last month.
Responding to Donaldson, Walsh has denied the allegations, telling him that “you have the wrong end of the stick on this mate. You know us better than that.
“I’m absolutely gutted and heartbroken our friendship meant so little to you over something said in jest. I honestly thought you had our backs like we have yours.”
She also says that she is taking legal advice.
